There is an excellent blog post on Ragan.com that outlines how social media will change in 2011.  Written by Ravit Lichtenberg, it outlines the idea that social media focus won’t be on technology, but will be on what it enables and jeopardizes. This is an interesting topic and one that we are set to discuss tomorrow afternoon in the AHA office.
