The Importance of Meeting Facilitators

  1. Ruth, great Fast Take Friday. You are so right. Good facilitators are also strategic and know their role is to help the group get to their objective, not insert their own opinions. They can prompt and drill down to get to the heart of the issues but they are there to facilitate, not participate. IMHO. Della

  2. Della – you are so right. Which is why when a client has the need for a facilitator for meetings about complex, highly charged issues – you are the first person I recommend as facilitator! Facilitation is an art, a craft, a science and a talent. A good facilitator can get to the heart of the issues and help the group get to their objective.
